Our kids love Playmobil, the eldest more than the youngest, and they get into all sorts of adventures. But with some sets containing quite small parts they can be easily lost – especially when the Playmobil people are taking part in a mass gathering.

Where to get the spares?

The first place to check is the Playmobil website, especially the UK spare parts section. They have a section dedicated to replacement parts, where you can search for the part you need by type or by the product number. Visit the store here.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for on the website, try searching eBay. There are usually a few sellers who have a good selection of Playmobil parts and some can be pretty cost-effective.

If you’re still having trouble, try posting a message on a Playmobil Facebook group. There are usually some helpful people who can point you in the right direction and may even have the spare part to sell.

What parts can I replace?

It’s not just lost parts either, you can contact the parts replacement service if your child, or you (with a misjudged step across a floor of Playmobil parts) accidentally break a piece or part of a set.
